National Asset Recovery Specialists, Inc. (NARS, Inc.) is a fully bonded and insured repossession service that specializes in assisting financial institutions and lending companies in recovering their collateral.
About the Role

Description

We are currently hiring a Repossession Agent for our Cleveland market. This is a night shift position that requires long hours, independence, and a high level of responsibility. No prior repossession experience? That’s okay. We are willing to train the right candidate from the ground up.

However—this is not a job for everyone.

Repossession is serious work. It requires the right mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm, professional, and focused in high-pressure situations.

What This Job Is (And Isn't)

This job is:

  • Independent, fast-paced, and detail-driven
  • Conducted primarily at night
  • Focused on locating and recovering vehicles
  • A role where your performance directly impacts your earnings

This job is NOT:

  • A typical 9–5
  • A low-responsibility position
  • A role for someone who struggles with accountability, punctuality, or working alone

 Schedule & Work Environment

  • Night shift (typically evenings into early morning)
  • 12-hour shifts are standard
  • Weekend availability is required
  • Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions

What We're Looking For

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Are highly reliable and show up ready to work
  • Can work independently without constant supervision
  • Have strong situational awareness and attention to detail
  • Stay calm and professional under pressure
  • Are comfortable working nights and long shifts
  • Have a strong work ethic and are motivated by performance-based earnings

Training & Growth

We Invest in the right people.  If  you bring the right attitude and mindset, we will provide:

  • Hands-on training in repossession and recovery processes
  • Guidance on compliance and best practices
  • Ongoing support to help you succeed in the field

Compensation

  • Competitive Pay Structure
  • High earning potential for motivated, high-performing agents

Final Note: This is a unique career path that can be highly rewarding, but it requires the right person. If you're looking for an easy job, this isn't it. If you're dependable, focused, money motivated, and ready to learn a specialized skill set than can pay well, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • At least 23 years of age or older
