About the Role
<p>We are looking for a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant who is responsible for the efficient functioning of an office through a range of reception and administration.</p><p dir="ltr">We need an energetic professional who is experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.</p><p><br></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p dir="ltr">Receptionist</p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Receive and greet all visitors in a professional manner</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Provide front desk reception duties for the office which includes handling of all phone calls and manage customers timely and professionally</p></li></ul><p dir="ltr"><br></p><p dir="ltr">Administration</p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, and bills</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Ordering office supplies and IT equipment</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Organize messengers for delivery and pick up</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Collect and distribute all incoming mail and courier items</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Assist in the coordination of company functions/events and weekly lunch</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Assist in any administration duties as and when required.&nbsp;</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Archive Company’s documents&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p><br></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Proven administrative experience</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Thai Nationality</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Good &nbsp;time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Good English, both oral and written&nbsp;</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Good communication skills</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Good computer skills: Google Suite &nbsp;and Microsoft Office</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Open minded, &nbsp;Friendly personality and Can do attitude</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Attention to detail</p></li></ul><p dir="ltr">&nbsp;</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>10 (15) days annual paid vacation.</li><li>Flexible working hours.</li><li>Hybrid working policy.</li><li>Health &amp; Life insurance.</li><li>Free Lunch every Wednesday.</li><li>Provident Fund.</li><li>Learning Support.</li><li>An office in the heart of Bangkok, connected with MRT Queen Sirikit station, with easy access to the highway.</li><li>International work environment with over 20 different nationalities in the team.</li><li>Working with a wide and interesting portfolio of clients in SEA and globally.</li><li>Opportunity to visit events and conferences.</li><li>Standard perks such as free drinks and snacks in the office, team activities, trips and great parties.</li></ul>
