Now Hiring: Dropship Picker – 1st Shift

Location: Elwood / Illinos
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
(Flex hours on Mondays/Tuesdays during peak volume & OT as needed)

 Saturdays when needed.

OT hours is when team starts at 5am which we do every Monday 

Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable and motivated Dropship Pickers to join our team. This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with dual functions of pick and pack during the shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform picking and packing duties accurately and efficiently
   
• Lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
   
• Walk continuously in a fast-paced environment
   
• Operate handheld devices, packing machines, and scanners (training available, experience preferred)
   
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all company procedures
   

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
   
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
   
• Comfortable walking for the entire shift
   
• English speaking required
   
• Experience with handheld devices, scanners, and packing equipment preferred (training provided)

Requirements

Required PPE:

• Safety Vest 
• Safety Glasses 
• String Knit Gloves 

Skills / Qualifications:

• Ability to read and interpret order lists, pick tickets, and shipping labels. 
• Basic math skills for counting, sorting, and verifying quantities. 
• Attention to detail and accuracy in picking, packing, and labeling orders. 
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets. 
• Strong communication and teamwork skills. 
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects. 

Job Competency / Qualifications

Education/ Training: 

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent is required.

Technical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to [insert weight] pounds. 
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods. 
• Ability to operate material handling equipment, such as hand trucks or pallet jacks. 

Experience:

• 1 – 3 years of professional experience working in logistics, warehouse, transportation operations or fulfillment center or in similar role required
