Responsibilities
  • Provide expert customer support to German-speaking clients

  • Identify and recommend service improvements
  • Assist in onboarding and client training initiatives
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Clearly stated native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Strong expertise in customer service with a problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Detail-oriented with advanced problem-solving capabilities
  • Previous experience in customer solutions or consulting preferred
  • Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; full relocation costs covered
