Responsibilities- Provide expert customer support to German-speaking clients
- Analyze customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues promptly
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and solutions
- Identify and recommend service improvements
- Assist in onboarding and client training initiatives
- Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Clearly stated native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong expertise in customer service with a problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Detail-oriented with advanced problem-solving capabilities
- Previous experience in customer solutions or consulting preferred
