The Opportunity

We're looking for a sharp, reliable Personal/Executive-Assistant to support our Director and the senior team on a full-time basis. This is a high-trust role where you'll be managing the Director's time, keeping communications on track and making sure the right things happen at the right time.

Your Responsibilities

• Screen and manage the Director's inbox, drafting responses and flagging what needs attention

• Prepare briefing notes, agendas, presentations and reports ahead of key meetings

• Coordinate travel, accommodation and logistics and manage expense reconciliation

• Attend meetings, record accurate minutes and follow up on actions and delegations

• Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders reaching out to the Director

• Assist the CEO and senior team with administrative tasks

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to a senior leader

• Strong diary and inbox and time management with the ability to juggle competing demands

• High level of discretion and professionalism — you handle sensitive information with care

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel

• Initiative — you're proactive and anticipate what is needed, long before it happens

• Experience in the disability, health or community sector (desirable)

Why Join LME Care?

• A pivotal role working directly alongside our Director

• Varied and meaningful work in a purpose-driven organisation

• Competitive salary

• A team that values great support work and shows it
