About the Role
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบหลัก
ปฏิบัติงานด้านการชุบ (ช่างลงสี / Enamel skill) โดยควบคุมให้ชิ้นงานเครื่องประดับมีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐาน เสร็จทันตามกำหนดเวลา และสนับสนุนงานในกระบวนการอื่น ๆ ตามความจำเป็น
Key responsibilities
- ปฏิบัติงานด้านการชุบให้ได้ตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพและแล้วเสร็จตามกำหนดเวลาติดตาม
- ตรวจสอบ และรายงานปัญหาด้านคุณภาพ กระบวนการ และความปลอดภัยที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างการทำงาน
- รวบรวมและจัดเตรียมข้อมูลเบื้องต้นเพื่อสนับสนุนการวิเคราะห์และการตัดสินใจของทีมประสานงานและสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในสายงาน Sample line รวมถึงหน่วยงาน I&PD และ Qualityปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานและแนวทางการทำงานที่กำหนด
- พร้อมสนับสนุนการปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานอย่างต่อเนื่องมีส่วนร่วมในโครงการนำร่องด้านนวัตกรรม และสนับสนุนกิจกรรมด้านการบริหารการเปลี่ยนแปลง
- ตรวจสอบและรายงานปัญหาการผลิตที่เกี่ยวข้องกับนวัตกรรมใหม่ พร้อมเสนอแนวทางปรับปรุงที่เหมาะสมปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน
ประสบการณ์และคุณสมบัติที่สำคัญ
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปี ในกระบวนการผลิตเครื่องประดับ หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านชุปงานและPenplate หรือ Enamel จะพิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และเปิดรับการพัฒนาแนวทางการทำงานใหม่ ๆ
- สามารถใช้งาน Microsoft Windows และโปรแกรมหรือเครื่องมือที่เกี่ยวข้องได้
- สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี และมีทัศนคติเชิงบวก
ความสามารถส่วนบุคคล
มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีมีใจรักในการบริการ และให้ความร่วมมือกับผู้อื่นปฏิบัติงานโดยคำนึงถึงความปลอดภัยเป็นสำคัญเสมอ
