<p><strong>Customer Support/Order Entry Specialist (Mechanical Aptitude a PLUS)</strong><br><strong>Location: Salt Lake City, Utah (100% on-site)</strong><br><strong>Salary: $23/hr - $24/hr + Benefits</strong><br><strong>Benefits: Medical/Dental (no cost for employees), Vision, Life Insurance, 401K w/ Match, PTO</strong><br><strong>Job Type: Full-Time </strong><br><strong>Typical Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm PT </strong><br><strong>Start Date: ASAP</strong><br><strong>Sponsorship: Not available</strong><br><strong>Relocation Assistance: Not available</strong></p><p><strong>Customer Support/Order Entry Specialist (Mechanical Aptitude a PLUS) Description</strong></p><p>Our client in the industrial parts industry is looking for a <strong>Customer Support /Order Entry Specialist</strong> to join their team in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries with a professional and courteous demeanor and process orders received via phone, fax, email, or in person. The ideal candidate will have prior customer support experience and excellent organizational skills. While a mechanical aptitude is a plus, our client believes they can train anyone with the right initiative to be successful in this role. This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career with a stable company known for its great culture and long-tenured team members.</p><p><strong>Customer Support/Order Entry Specialist (Mechanical Aptitude a PLUS) Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Assist customers with product inquiries and order placement<br>• Recommend products based on customer needs<br>• Accurately enter and process customer orders<br>• Monitor and follow up on order statuses<br>• Build strong relationships with customers<br>• Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally<br>• Process returns and exchanges<br>• Maintain accurate and legible customer records<br>• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill customer needs<br>• Stay informed on new products, vendor updates, and industry trends</p><p><strong>Customer Support/Order Entry Specialist (Mechanical Aptitude a PLUS) Qualifications</strong></p><p>• 1+ years of customer support or customer service experience required<br>• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software is required<br>• Ability to work 100% on-site is required</p>
