Description
Brand Enhance Hospitality is one of the leading hospitality management companies with experience operating a variety of brands from small, niche, independently owned locations to luxury sites owned by global brands. Responsibilities:
- Greet all hotel guests and visitors as they approach the key room/podium
- Manage the Flash Parking (POS) system
- Process all transactions with guests using POS system and posting to the hotel POS system, as needed
- Manage cash bank, ensuring accurate counts at beginning and end of every shift
- Manage hotel rental items (bikes, surfboards, etc.), ensuring all rented items have a corresponding waiver
- Assist all guests and visitors with property directions
- Maintain a clean work environment (sweeping the drive, cleaning the key room/podium area)
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid Driver's License with no marks on record
- Superior professionalism, organization, and communication skills
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
Physical Demands:
- Willingness to work in the elements - heat, wind, rain, etc.
- Ability to lift, push and pull at least 30 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift
