Job Responsibilities:
- As an HVAC Install Apprentice you are the comfort controllers! Helping your HVAC install lead install and, replace HVAC systems for customer's in their homes.
- Work directly with your team and homeowners.
- Install and retrofit systems including but not limited to Standard and Highly efficient Furnaces, Air conditioner units, Mini Splits, Oil Furnaces, Air Handlers, Heat Pumps and Water Heaters.
- Duct work and duct work modifications.
- Work with Sheet Metal.
- Ensure the work truck is clean at all times.
- Loading and unloading equipment to and from the truck.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must be able to lift, twist, bend, and carry up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to use basic hand tools (tape measure, level, and drill)
- Basic knowledge of HVAC
- Great time management skills
- Have a willingness to learn
- 1-2 years of customer service
