Job Responsibilities:

  • As an HVAC Install Apprentice you are the comfort controllers! Helping your HVAC install lead install and, replace HVAC systems for customer's in their homes.
  • Work directly with your team and homeowners. 
  • Install and retrofit systems including but not limited to Standard and Highly efficient Furnaces, Air conditioner units, Mini Splits, Oil Furnaces, Air Handlers, Heat Pumps and Water Heaters.
  • Duct work and duct work modifications.
  • Work with Sheet Metal.
  • Ensure the work truck is clean at all times. 
  • Loading and unloading equipment to and from the truck. 

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a drug screen
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Must be able to lift, twist, bend, and carry up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to use basic hand tools (tape measure, level, and drill)
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC
  • Great time management skills
  • Have a willingness to learn
  • 1-2 years of customer service
  • Team player
