Job Description
We are looking for the right candidate to build and scale our commercial performance in Asia.
Minor Hotels is 570+ operating hotels globally and we are growing fast across Asia with 60+ properties today, with a strong pipeline of new openings coming up in the region across our 12 brands.
We’re looking for a commercial leader who can step into that complexity and growth and turn it into performance.
Someone who knows how to drive results now, while building the structure, capability, and direction needed for what comes next.

This role is also a direct lever on hotel-level performance, requiring close alignment with Operations and General Managers to drive measurable improvements in RevPAR, GOP, and flow-through across the region.

What you’ll be responsible for
You’ll lead and shape the commercial direction for Asia - not just interpreting strategy, but executing and making it land.
- Owning commercial performance across 60+ hotels, driving revenue growth and market share
- Acting as a direct lever on hotel-level P&L performance, working closely with GMs and Operations to drive RevPAR, GOP, and flow-through improvements across priority assets
- Maintaining high proximity to markets and hotels, ensuring strategy is actively executed on the ground and adapted to local realities
- Navigating a complex ownership landscape, aligning commercial priorities with asset-level expectations and investment horizons
- Leading and developing regional heads of Sales, Marketing, Revenue, and E-commerce
- Ensuring regionally located Global Sales teams provide the required support to the network and the region
- Partnering closely with Operations, GMs, and Ownership groups to align strategy with execution while ensuring high proximity management with priority assets
- Bringing structure and clarity to a multi-brand environment - strengthening positioning and consistency
- Elevating commercial capability, performance and profitability across the region.
- Increasing share of direct demand and loyalty contribution
- Playing a key role in new openings and pipeline growth, ensuring the right commercial setup
- Drive smarter use of systems, data, and distribution to unlock performance
- Strengthening the performance and depth of strategic B2B and B2C partnerships across key markets
- Supporting the development team in crafting high impact business plans and launching initiatives to maximize signings while minimizing ramp up of new properties.
You’ll be reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer and the Asia Regional Leader working closely with senior leadership across the region.

Qualifications
What we’re looking for
This role requires a leader who can operate at both altitude and ground level — shaping strategy while directly influencing performance on the ground.
- Track record of driving measurable commercial performance across complex, multi-market and multi property environments — not just managing teams, but shifting outcomes
- Experience working in high-touch operating models, with close alignment to hotel operations and asset performance
- Strong ability to translate systems, data, and commercial tools into tangible performance improvements at property level
- Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, including owners, operators, and regional leadership
- Strong understanding of Sales, Revenue, Distribution, and Marketing in a hotel environment
- Experience working across multi-brand portfolios
- Exposure to Asia markets - understanding the nuances, not just the theory
- Ability to move between strategy and execution comfortably
- Commercial instinct backed by data - not just reporting, but decision-making
- A leadership style that builds teams, raises standards, and drives accountability
