About the Role
Job Description:
- Develop, implement, and oversee engineering solutions for a variety of projects within the realm of maintenance, repair, and operations.
- Conduct monitoring and analysis to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success from conception through to completion.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
- Analyse engineering problems and develop effective solutions that adhere to budgetary and time constraints.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation and reports detailing engineering processes, project updates, and completion summaries.
- Stay abreast of technological advancements and industry trends to identify and integrate best practices into projects.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering
- Proficient in engineering design and analysis software, with a strong grasp of relevant methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and innovatively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to nurture talent within a technical environment.
- Must have commitment to safety and quality in all engineering processes.
