Responsibilities

  • Perform front desk / lobby supervisory duties including hotel guests check in & check out, enquires and cashier;
  • Greet VIP guests;
  • Assist the Langham Club, Business Centre and Guest Services areas whenever necessary;
  • Handle guest comments and complaints with tact in accordance to the hotel’s policies and procedures;
  • Promote hotel facilities including Health Club, Business Centre and F&B outlets;
  • Follow up on amenities order on a daily basis;
  • To provide on-the-job training to new colleagues;
  • Handle ad hoc projects assigned by the management

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in hotel industry
  • Diploma or above
  • Independent & confident to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good team player with excellent communication skills in both English & Chinese
  • Additional language would be an advantage
