About the role:

As the Growth Manager - Insights & Analytics, you will play a pivotal role within the commercial team: the strategic engine powering our marketplace expansion. You’ll translate complex data into actionable insights that drive high-impact growth initiatives and inform strategic decisions. Partnering closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations, you’ll lead CRM and DRM strategies while managing growth spends to maximize ROI. You’ll also oversee budget allocation to ensure every marketing dollar and incentive delivers measurable sustainable growth and long-term profitability.

Responsibilities: 

CRM/DRM Strategy & Lifecycle Management

  • Lifecycle Campaign Development: Design and execute lifecycle campaigns for both passengers and partners - spanning onboarding, activation, reactivation, retention, and overall engagement across multi-channel touchpoints (in-app, push, email, SMS).
  • Segmentation & Personalization: Build dynamic segmentation models leveraging RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) and behavioral data to tailor messaging, incentives, and experiences that maximize engagement and loyalty across both sides of the marketplace.
  • Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor CRM/DRM performance metrics, translate insights into actionable improvements, and optimize campaign ROI through data-backed iteration.
  • Continuous experimentation: (A/B, multivariate, incentive, and journey tests) to uncover high-impact growth levers across the user and partner lifecycle.
  • Touch True Marketplace Levers: Monitor and analyze key marketplace metrics, identifying friction points and opportunities to improve acquisition, activation, reactivation and retention..
  • Advanced Analytics: Leverage advanced analytics and funnel modeling to enhance conversion efficiency across the entire user/partner journey.
  • Incrementality Testing: Apply incrementality and cohort analyses to measure true impact of growth initiatives and guide resource allocation.
  • Data to Strategy: Synthesize insights into clear, actionable strategies that inform leadership decisions and drive sustainable marketplace growth.
  • Playbook Creation: Build scalable growth playbooks that codify both wins and misses - turning 5/5 successes into repeatable frameworks and 0/5 failures into data-backed lessons that sharpen Jeeny’s experimentation muscle

Competitive Intelligence & Growth Strategy

  • Market Pulse: Continuously analyze competitor growth initiatives — such as engagement mechanics, incentive structures, and marketplace strategies to uncover opportunities to strengthen user and partner retention.
  • Translate competitive insights into actionable growth plays, influencing lifecycle strategies, incentive design, and experimentation priorities.
  • Use trend analysis and data modeling to forecast competitive movements and guide long-term growth investments and priorities.


Forecasting Models & Predictive Analytics

  • Build intelligent forecasting models to predict marketplace trends:  from active users and engaged partners to trip demand, retention rates, and incentive efficiency - enabling smarter, faster growth decisions.
  • Turn predictions into strategy: empowering teams to act proactively, drive sustainable growth, and keep the marketplace ahead of shifting behaviors and competitive dynamics.

Automation & Scalability

  • Design and implement automated workflows to streamline reporting, campaign execution, and performance tracking across CRM and DRM initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Product and Data teams to build scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and decision-support tools that enable real-time visibility into growth metrics.
  • Automate experimentation and lifecycle triggers, ensuring consistent, timely, and personalized user and partner engagement.
  • Standardize analytics and growth frameworks across markets, reducing manual dependency and improving operational efficiency.


Budget Management:

  • Own the growth budgeting cycle, ensuring optimal allocation of incentives, marketing, and CRM/DRM spend.
  • Track performance against budgets, highlighting ROI, efficiency gains, and areas for reallocation.
  • Develop data-driven strategies that maximize financial impact while mitigating operational and growth risks.

People Management:

  • Lead a team of high-performing individuals, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Define and track OKRs, aligning team objectives with strategic growth priorities.
  • Enable high performance through coaching, feedback loops, and clear accountability.
  • Foster innovation and collaboration by empowering talent and promoting continuous learning.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Analytics, Economics, or a quantitative discipline.
  • At least 5 years experience in an analytical role dealing with large volumes of data, Experience in pricing/discount strategy and/or on-demand is a plus preferably in mobility, e-commerce, or marketplace sectors
  • Solid grasp of statistics and demonstrated experience with A/B testing
  • Amazing SQL and Excel skills. Experience with Python or R is a plus
  • Experience with some BI tools and data visualization like Tableau, Power BI or Looker
  • Experience with CRM tools (Braze, Salesforce, HubSpot, Clevertap) and/or marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
