 Accounting Manager Opportunity | Build, Lead, and Optimize Financial Performance 


Position Detail: 


We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure accuracy in all accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to drive efficiency and compliance across the finance function.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls
  • Lead the month-end and year-end close processes
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes
  • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a high-performance team environment
  • Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights to senior management

 Pay Rate: $118k-$$125k D.O.E. / Application End Date 04/30/2026

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail
