About the Role

Role: Customer Service and Transport Coordinator  – 12-month Fixed Term
Location: Hamilton, Brisbane

GrainCorp is currently seeking a Admin and Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hamilton Brisbane to coordinate road freight and manage inventory for the Animal Nutrition business. In this role, you’ll contribute by:

  • Providing an exceptional customer experience to GrainCorp’s Animal Nutrition customers and suppliers through effective logistics coordination, inventory management and transaction entry
  • Delivering effective communication, teamwork, transaction execution and cross skilling with multiple stakeholders
  • Offering a seamless customer service experience by always providing a prompt response, problem solving any queries effectively to ensure accurate resolution and execution of logistics movements.


About your experience

Candidates will have some prior experience in a logistics role dealing with road freight or a degree in business logistics. Candidates will also display:

  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • High level of accuracy and accountability
  • Experience working with customers/suppliers and sound communication skills
  • Knowledge of SAP or AGTech highly desirable but training with be offered
