Key Responsibilities

  • Perform branch accounting duties with accuracy and efficiency, including maintaining correct cash balances, promptly resolving discrepancies, and reviewing daily transactions to ensure precise financial records and reports
  • Oversee customer checkout operations to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process, including preparing reports on cash sales, discrepancies, deposits, and verifying daily cash-on-hand against recorded transactions
  •  Responsible for product quality control, including verifying correct weights and measurements, to uphold product standards
  • Manage purchase orders and stock replenishment to ensure correctness and prevent discrepancies
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support daily sales process and variousin-store activities to achieve and exceed sales targets Provide administrative support and assist in handling repair cases Carry out general clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and communication with internal and external parties to support daily operations
  • Maintain high precision in numerical and inventory-related tasks, demonstrating strong responsibility and attention to detail in all assigned duties

 

Requirements

  • Experience in store operation & cashier role  in the luxury retail industry with accounting and administrative background is preferred
  • Well-organized, with strong attention to details are essential for managing multiple tasks efficiently
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word (Chinese & English Word Processing) & PowerPoint
  • Good command in both English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
