About the Role
We are looking for talented applicants with enthusiasm, passion, a positive service attitude, and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to fill this exciting position at our one‑Michelin‑starred French fine dining restaurant.

Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Reviews and analyses the monthly profit and loss statements to control expenses and ensure the annual budget is achieved
  • Maintains service standards through adherence to The Peninsula Standards, directing and supervising daily operations, overseeing the standards of items delivered to guests and maintaining interior decorations and materials
  • Plans, organises and directs team members to ensure the highest degree of guest satisfaction
  • Manages the average check and promotes food and beverage sales
  • Understands internal and external customers, suppliers and competitors and identifies areas for improvement

 

General Requirements:

 

  • At least eight years of Food and Beverage service experience with three years in management
  • Good command of verbal and written English
  • Good knowledge in using Microsoft Office applications, Infrasys, ResPAK, POS and Table Management systems
  • Previous experience in a Michelin‑starred fine dining restaurant is required.

The Peninsula Hong Kong, HSH’s flagship hotel, opened in 1928 and is affectionately known by its nickname, "The Pen". Located in Tsim Sha Tsui with stunning harbour views, it blends classical grandeur, timeless elegance and modern in-room technology. The hotel features 300 guestrooms and suites, award-winning restaurants and bars, a spectacular spa, and a luxury retail arcade.
