We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Temp Operations Project Manager to support our growing operations team during a critical period of system transitions and portfolio activity. This temporary role will play a key part in maintaining system access, supporting internal teams, coordinating with IT vendors, and helping ensure smooth property transitions.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working across multiple systems, and supporting both field and corporate teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm

A Day in the Life
Systems Administration & User Access
• Manage user accounts across multiple business platforms, including onboarding, offboarding, and role changes
• Ensure appropriate access and permissions are maintained across systems
• Partner with IT vendors to coordinate system-related updates
Help Desk & Team Support
• Provide day-to-day support for internal teams across a variety of software platforms, including property management and operations tools
• Respond to support requests via ticketing system, email, and messaging platforms
• Troubleshoot system issues and escalating when needed
• Monitor team communication channels and proactively assist with system-related questions
IT & Vendor Coordination
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and third-party IT providers
• Coordinate support for hardware, communication tools, email systems, and file storage platforms
• Track and help resolve IT-related issues and requests
• Participate in recurring meetings with IT partners to review performance, priorities, and upcoming needs
Property Transition Support
• Support onboarding and offboarding of properties from a systems and operations perspective
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth transitions
• Track timelines, tasks, and deliverables using project management tools
• Help ensure key milestones are met across teams
• Provide limited post-transition support to ensure operational continuity
Vendor & Platform Collaboration
• Partner with key software providers to support system rollouts and issue resolution
• Assist with ongoing system migrations and implementations
• Help identify and resolve operational roadblocks impacting site teams
Administrative Support
• Assist with preparation and routing of client agreements for internal review and execution
• Support documentation and process consistency across systems and operations workflows
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate property management strongly preferred.
• Experience with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, or similar preferred)
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple systems and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and responsiveness
• Experience with help desk or ticketing systems (Zendesk preferred)
• Comfortable coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams
