We are looking for an exceptional Senior Full Stack Developer Lead to join our early-stage startup and help shape the foundation of our product, technology, and culture. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the core team from day one, take ownership of critical technical decisions, and directly influence the company's direction.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of our core product from the ground up.
  • Make key architectural decisions and establish best scalability, reliability, and performance practices.
  • Collaborate closely with the founders on product strategy, roadmap, and execution.
  • Help us build the team and craft a magical culture.
  • Over time, your role might evolve in different ways, depending on your aspirations and the evolving needs of the company. From field engineering to management roles, you’re going to grow with us.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of hands-on software development experience with modern tech stacks.
  • Proven ability to design, build, and ship production-ready applications.
  • Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments (startups or small teams preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to trade-offs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A builder’s mindset with passion for creating products customers love.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps practices.
