About the Role

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Technische Architekturverantwortung: Definition von Backend-Architekturstandards, Hosting-Strategien sowie verbindlicher technischer Leitlinien für alle Agenturprojekte
  • Middleware-Orchestrierung: Verantwortung für das Design und den Betrieb geschäftskritischer E-Commerce-Workflows
  • Daten & Bestellungen: Steuerung von Produkt- und Bestands-Synchronisation sowie komplexer Order-Delegationslogik
  • Integrationen: Anbindung und Integration externer Systeme wie ERP-, CDP-, CRM- sowie Payment- und Fraud-Provider
  • Logistik: Entwicklung und Integration kundenspezifischer Carrier- und Warehouse-Management-Systeme (WMS)
  • Leadership & Hiring: Verantwortung für technisches Recruiting sowie Mentoring von Lead Developers und DevOps Engineers zur Weiterentwicklung technischer Entscheidungsfähigkeit und Karriereentwicklung
  • Effizienz & KI: Standardisierung von CI/CD-Pipelines sowie Definition von Workflows für KI-gestützte Entwicklungsprozesse zur Steigerung der Team-Produktivität
  • Plattform-Feedback: Strategische Schnittstellenfunktion zu den SCAYLE-Core-Teams mit Nutzung von Agentur-Insights zur Mitgestaltung der globalen Plattform-Roadmap

Qualifikationen

  • Expertenkenntnisse in PHP (Laravel): Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Entwicklung komplexer E-Commerce-Middleware
  • Architekturdesign: Fähigkeit zur Dokumentation und Implementierung skalierbarer Integrationsarchitekturen für Enterprise-Systeme (z. B. ERP, PIM, PSP)
  • AWS & Infrastruktur: Fundierte Expertise in zentralen AWS-Services (EC2, ECS/EKS, SQS, Kafka) sowie Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
  • Führungserfahrung: Erfahrung in der Leitung und Skalierung seniorer technischer Teams
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenkommunikation: Sicherer und professioneller Umgang mit Kunden auf technischer und fachlicher Ebene
