Job Description

QMP(Quality Manager in Project) in Safety and Motions, Passive Safety and Sensorics, Occupant Safety Systems, Airbag Control Unit | AUMOVIO Korea

  • Represent Quality Management in development projects, ensuring compliance with internal and external quality requirements across locations
  • Oversee product and production process quality, including design, manufacturing, and testing phases
  • Conduct quality status checks, identify deviations, and initiate corrective actions
  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish standards
  • Provide training on quality management principles and manage quality-related issues
  • Stay updated on relevant quality standards and regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field
  • Intermediate English language skills; no barriers to communication in English
  • Basic knowledge of Design and Product Validation requirements
  • Comprehensive knowledge of quality management systems, methods, and automotive industry standards, including ISIR (Initial Sample Inspection Report) and APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)
  • Strong soft skills, including leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
