Job Description

Sales Manager in Safety and Motions, Passive Safety and Sensorics | AUMOVIO Korea

  • Active participation or input for customer strategy establishment (update) and its execution​
  • High focus on Customer Center & Segment P&L (Profit & Loss)
  • CSM(Customer Sales Manager) of Customer Sales Team HMG
  • Ensure good performance of Sales key KPIs (Revenue, New business acquisition, Price management, R&D cost reimbursement etc.) ​
  • Lead key acquisition activities successfully (Pre-RFQ/ RFQ(Request of Quotation) ​
  • Proactive communication with internal / external stakeholders for better business outcomes
  • Manage customer intimacy in positive way
  • Advise and manage enlarged Sales Team 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree​
  • 5-15 year working experience in automotive
  • Excellent English in speaking and writing ​
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
