Opis stanowiska
- Przezbrajanie i ustawianie maszyn wtryskowych.
- Wymiana form i kontrola jakości wyprasek.
- Rozwiązywanie bieżących problemów technicznych.
- Proste naprawy form i współpraca z narzędziownią.
- Dbanie o ciągłość pracy linii.
Kwalifikacje
- Doświadczenie jako ustawiacz maszyn wtryskowych (ok. 2 lata) .
- Znajomość procesu przetwórstwa tworzyw sztucznych.
- Podstawy obsługi robotów przemysłowych.
- Umiejętność samodzielnego przezbrojenia maszyny wtryskowej wraz z nowymi formami.
- Gotowości do pracy w systemie czterobrygadowym.
- Umiejętność rozwiązywania problemów procesowych.
