About the Role

Job Responsibility:

1.       Work with worldwide cross-functional teams on Automotive new silicon/product development and qualification, from early phases of product definition to production phase.

2.       Develop and support test solutions with Test Engineering from early phase to production with target test time & cost according the organization standards.

3.       Ensure quality of own work by initiating reviews and follow release procedures.

4.       Keep up to date with new developments on testing methods and technologies.

5.       Execute characterization, sampling, qualification etc.

6.       Continue to reduce overall cost of test while maintaining production quality and securing the Automotive Zero defect (low PPM) requirement.

7.       Monitor, analyze, and resolve production issues through team work. Use problem solving approaches and methods to work with Design, Applications, and Manufacturing teams to solve New Product Introduction challenges.

8.       Support production test partners such as FAB, MFG, foundry and test house as needed.

Qualification:

1.       Bachelor/Master degree or above, EE, communication or Automatization major.

2.       Good command of English both in writing and speaking in a global working environment

3.       Strong synthesis and analysis skills

4.       Strong ownership and good teamwork

5.       Hard working, diligent, smart

6.       Experience to handle NPI project is advantage

7.       More than 5 years working experience at semiconductor company
