JOB SUMMARY

At Caesars Republic Scottsdale, A Hilton Hotel, teamwork is at the heart of everything we do. As a Busser, you’ll support our servers and help create a clean, welcoming environment for our guests. Your efficiency and attention to detail will help ensure every dining experience is flawless.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Busser, you’ll keep our dining areas running smoothly. In this role, you will:

• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
• Assist servers with delivering food, beverages, and refills to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations.
• Support the team by restocking supplies and ensuring everything is in its place.
• Handle guest requests with a friendly attitude and assist in providing a pleasant dining experience.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, ensuring the restaurant is ready for service.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.

WHAT YOU BRING

We’re looking for a team player who enjoys helping others and working in a fast-paced environment. To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• The ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
