Responsibilities &nbsp;</strong></p><p>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Program and troubleshoot PLCs &nbsp;<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Lead projects, including scope, budget, and execution&nbsp;<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Specify, set up, and troubleshoot VFDs, DC drives, and motor control centers<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Develop and support preventative maintenance programs&nbsp;<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Perform root-cause analysis of electrical downtime using diagnostic tools<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Ensure compliance with arc flash, coordination studies, NFPA 70E, and NFPA 70B&nbsp;<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Develop and maintain HMI/SCADA systems, MES interfaces, and data historians<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Travel up to 10% (domestic) to evaluate new equipment needs &nbsp;&nbsp;<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist with after-hours technical support as needed&nbsp;<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Champion a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement</p><p><strong>Senior Project Engineer - Electrical &amp; Controls (industrial automation exp. req.)
