Job Title: Shift Supervisor

Employment Type: Full-Time (Non-Exempt)

Pay Range: $20.00–$23.00 per hour

The Opportunity:

Our Shift Supervisors play a key role in leading day-to-day operations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will support membership sales, guide team performance, and keep the site running efficiently. You’ll work closely with the Store and Assistant Managers while stepping in as the on-duty leader when needed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading from the front, coaching others, and driving results in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

•  Lead daily shift operations including sales, customer flow, cleanliness, and safety  
•  Actively promote Unlimited Wash Club memberships and support team sales efforts  
•  Coach team members on service, sales behaviors, and operational execution  
•  Ensure a smooth, efficient customer experience and manage site flow  
•  Maintain site standards across tunnel, vacuums, lot, and overall appearance  
•  Handle customer concerns and resolve issues quickly and professionally  
•  Support cash handling, POS transactions, and membership processing  
•  Monitor shift performance metrics and communicate updates to leadership  
•  Step in as the on-duty supervisor when management is not on-site

What We’re Looking For:

•  1–3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role (car wash, QSR, retail, or hospitality preferred)  
•  Strong customer service and communication skills  
•  Comfortable with sales and coaching others on sales behaviors  
•  Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions  
•  Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks  
•  Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays  
•  Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability
