About the Role
工作說明
1.以風險為導向的查核作業
(1)執行稽核計劃：實施稽核計劃，評估內部控制系統的有效性，識別可能存在的風險、違規或不當行為，並提出改善建議
(2)撰寫稽核報告，向管理階層提供具體的建議，以改善內部控制和業務流程
(3)追蹤改善情形：追蹤稽核發現的改善措施實施情況，確保問題得到解決
2.增進內部稽核的價值及成效：
(1)建立數位化稽核程式，提升稽核作業效率和準確性
(2)進行持續性稽核，協助各單改善作業流程
(3)執行稽核系統的維運
(4)學習領域知識及新工具
3.協助推動內部控制的強化及持續運作：
(1)協助並覆核公司各單位及子公司的內控自評作業，並透過內控作業控制點檢視討論，協助各單位降低作業風險
(2)協助審核內控制度、管理規範之設計是否適當，提供合規性建議
(3)協助各單位與子公司的分層負責準則制訂與修改，建立作業權限管理架構
4.執行上級主管交辦的專案
