About the Role

Our client, an international organisation, is seeking an Accounts Executive to join their Finance Team. This role offers a great opportunity for a motivated accounting professional to gain exposure to group-level reporting while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes

  • Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations

  • Process and review supplier invoices and monitor accounts payable

  • Perform general ledger entries, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions

  • Assist with management accounts, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reviews

  • Support budgeting, financial reporting, VAT, and tax submissions

  • Liaise with auditors and external stakeholders during audits

  • Handle finance-related queries from internal and external parties

  • Supervise and support junior team members

  • Contribute to internal projects and ongoing process improvements

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • Part-qualified or actively pursuing ACCA/ACA/CIMA

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and IFRS

  • Good understanding of VAT (local and cross-border)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting systems

  • Experience in aviation, Big Four, or corporate services is an asset
