About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled Manager - Investment to lead and manage investment activities across the organization's portfolio. The role involves overseeing investment strategies, conducting thorough market and financial analysis, managing deal execution, and ensuring optimal investment performance aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

The Manager will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and execute high-impact investment opportunities in sectors relevant to Qiddiya’s growth. This role requires strong leadership, in-depth knowledge of investment management, and the ability to navigate complex financial transactions with strong stakeholder engagement.

This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are eager to make a significant impact on the company’s investment portfolio and long-term success.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • MBA, CFA, or other relevant professional certifications preferred.

Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in investment management, corporate finance, private equity, or asset management.
  • Proven track record of managing complex investment deals and portfolio management.
  • Experience in real estate investment or related sectors strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with the GCC investment landscape is highly advantageous.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence skills.
  • Strong understanding of investment structures, deal negotiations, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in Excel and investment analysis tools.

Industry Knowledge:

  • Deep knowledge of investment strategies and market trends relevant to Qiddiya’s sectors.

Language Skills:

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
