About the Role

Archer Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Odoo Developer to join our Development team. In this role, you will take ownership of the technical implementation of Odoo modules and integrations, ensuring system stability, scalability, and compliance with approved specifications. You will be responsible for backend and frontend development, API integrations, performance optimization, and supporting successful deployments. Beyond development, you will also contribute to improving practices, mentoring junior developers, and strengthening technical delivery consistency across ERP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize Odoo modules across backend and frontend layers.
  • Translate business requirements into structured technical designs.
  • Implement backend logic (Python, PostgreSQL) and frontend components (XML, QWeb, JavaScript).
  • Design and develop integrations with third-party systems and APIs.
  • Optimize performance and ensure compatibility across Odoo versions.
  • Own technical scope within projects, validate deliverables, and support Go-Live readiness.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Information Systems (BIS).
  • 3–5 years of proven Odoo development experience, including module customization and integrations.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, QWeb, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
  • Solid understanding of Odoo architecture, ORM, and database optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Git workflows and version control.
  • Experience in AI-assisted development is a must of (minimum 6 months).
  • Very good command of English (written & spoken).
  • Odoo Functional Certification is a plus.
