About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Environmental Test Engineer to join our team in MATAM, Haifa. The role involves hands-on operation of environmental test equipment, executing environmental qualification tests, analyzing results, and supporting product reliability and validation activities.
\n- Perform environmental testing according to defined procedures and standards
- Operate and maintain environmental test equipment (thermal chambers, vibration systems, humidity chambers, etc.)
- Develop and execute automated and computerized test sequences
- Analyze test data and prepare clear technical reports
- Work closely with engineering teams and external customers during test activities
- Support equipment calibration and ensure proper operation of laboratory systems
- Troubleshoot test setups and ensure accurate and reliable results
- Work independently while managing multiple test activities
- B.Sc. or higher Engineering degree in Materials, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in environmental testing or a similar role
- Hands-on experience operating environmental test equipment
- Experience with computerized test automation systems
- Strong data analysis and technical reporting skills
- Experience working with customers and cross‑functional teams
- Familiarity with equipment calibration and laboratory practices
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
