Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Establish and improve tool parameter control and technology to ensure flawless operations.
• Upgrade quality control and strictly reduce production costs.
• Establish and modify quality management projects aimed at achieving exceptionally high standards.
• Determine and set up process parameters control for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
• Evaluate, promote, and plan for new control methodology to improve our proven capabilities.
• Analyze abnormalities and successfully implement improvements to maintain flawless production.

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in semiconductor process engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to strictly adhere to safety and quality standards.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with advanced semiconductor equipment.
• Proven track record in process optimization and cost reduction.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
