REACH, Inc. is hiring Direct Service Professionals (DSPs) and Caregivers to support children and/or adults with developmental disabilities in home and community settings.

This role is ideal for individuals interested in caregiving, human services, behavioral health, healthcare support, or disability services.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide hands-on support with daily living skills (ADLs)
• Support independence, self-advocacy, and community inclusion
• Assist with appointments, employment, and recreational activities
• Build positive, respectful relationships with individuals and families
• Follow Individual Service Plans (ISP) and complete basic documentation
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment

Pay & Benefits:

💰 $20–$23 per hour, based on experience

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Strong communication, reliability, and compassion
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Moderate computer skills

Driving may be required for some assignments:

• Valid driver’s license with 5 years driving experience
• Current DMV report and auto insurance

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs
• Ability to assist individuals physically when needed
• Occasional exposure to bloodborne pathogens

Conditions of Employment:

• Must pass and maintain a background check
• CPR & First Aid certification and TB clearance required within 30 days of hire
