We're looking for enthusiastic team members to be part of something exciting from the very start. This position offers the unique opportunity to join our pre-opening team, with training for your role beginning before our doors open and the chance to help with store setup, so we're ready to deliver the exceptional Rosauers experience our customers know and love from day one.

Come join the fun, and let's create some grocery magic together! As a Bakery Sales Clerk, you'll be the smiling face that greets our customers in the bakery section. Your passion for baked goods and your knack for providing top-notch customer service will make each customer's experience exceptional. From helping customers select their favorite pastries to offering recommendations and answering questions about our delectable offerings, you'll be the go-to person for all things bakery-related. 

What You'll Do

• Creating a welcoming and positive customer experience at the bakery counter.
• Advising customers on baked goods selection and taking orders.
• Weighing, pricing, and packaging purchased items, as well as processing payments.
• Managing the baking ingredients inventory and requesting the purchase of stock.
• Tracking ingredient expiry dates and arranging their use accordingly.
• Monitoring the visual appeal and the availability of baked goods on display.
• Reporting low baked goods stock to the Baker in a timely manner.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy baked goods counter and performing other duties on request.
• Cleaning the kitchen after business hours and preparing it for the next day.
• Managing customer complaints and relaying them to the Baker.
• Perform other duties to ensure the overall success of our company.
