Job Description

The position delivers technical expertise and on-site support to customers and internal teams, ensuring the effective application of Sika concrete solutions while enhancing product performance, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution. Additionally, the role coordinates closely with customers, Sales, and Technical Service teams on concreting schedules, plant and laboratory trials, and the management of on-site customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical training to customers and internal staff on the application and proper use of Sika products.
  • Provide on-site technical support and guidance to Sales and Technical teams during project execution.
  • Coordinate with customers to plan and conduct plant trials and laboratory tests at customer sites.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to investigate customer complaints, identify root causes of concrete-related issues, and propose effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate technical records, reports, and documentation in a timely manner.
  • Ensure proper management, maintenance, and accountability of all Technical Department equipment.
  • Safeguard the confidentiality of company business information, technical data, and documentation.
  • Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Concrete Technical Manager.

 

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Material or equivalent
  2. At least 3-year experience in the field of QA/QC in Civil construction or similar field
  3. Good knowledge of concrete testing and construction materials
  4. Conversant (especially good reading) in both English and Vietnamese.
  5. Fluent in Microsoft Office.
  6. Hard-working, reliable, working under pressure, organization skills, good communication skills.
