Three years of previous experience as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant.
Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
