About the Role

Main Purpose of the Role

 

Accounting Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents
  • Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments.
  • Support audits and respond to audit queries in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of tax filings, including VAT, withholding tax and corporate income tax, while staying up-to-date with changing tax regulations.
  • Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports for manager

 

Payroll Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing accurately and on time
  • Calculate salaries, allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions
  • Prepare and submit payroll-related tax filings and statutory reports (e.g. PND 1, PND 1ก, Social Security, Provident fund)
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality of employee information
  • Coordinate with HR and relevant stakeholders on payroll matters
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee payroll-related inquiries

 

Other Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize accounting documents related to assigned responsibilities
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Manager from time to time.
  • Be responsible for management to achieve the policy, objectives and goals of quality management, work environment, occupational health and safety management or other systems arranged by the company such as ISO, OHSAS and so on.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting functions (e.g. GL, AP, AR, and fixed asset)
  • Solid knowledge of accounting standards and Thai tax regulations (e.g. TFRS)
  • Ability to prepare and review basic financial reports and supporting schedules
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting systems or ERP (e.g. SAP, AX2012, or equivalent)
  • CPD license will be advantage
  • Experience in payroll processing.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai labour law, social security, and personal income tax requirements (PND 1, 1ก, 91)
  • Experience in payroll tax filing, statutory reporting, and compliance
  • Ability to manage end-to-end payroll processes accurately and on time
  • Experience with payroll systems.
  • Microsoft Excel (advanced level)
  • Good command of English
