About the Role

Imagine being Senior Officer, Advance Quality Engineer Execute end-to-end Advance product quality planning (APQP) activities for New product introduction and new manufacturing processes. Prepare, review, and monitor APQP package such as PFMEA, PCP and WI to ensure completion before entering mass production. Execute pre-production/pilot quality data analysis, collaborate cross-functional risk mitigation and corrective and preventive action, and Handover of the full quality package to mass-production teams. then you might be our Senior Officer, Advance Quality Engineer at Pandora Crafting & Supply.

Key accountabilities:

  • Lead and execute end-to-end cross-functional PFMEA development and reviews for New Product Introduction (NPI) and new manufacturing processes, executing timely risk identification, mitigation actions, and launch readiness.
  • Identify  Key Characteristics (KC), Special Characteristics (SC), and Key Control Characteristics (KCC) for products and processes. Execute cross-functional risk mitigation, preventive actions, and quality plans for each new product and new process, ensuring robust controls before launch.
  • Development of initial and pre-launch Process Control Plans, defining sampling inspections, acceptance criteria, and quality plans to ensure mass production readiness.
  • Execute quality data collection and reporting from pre-production trials and pilot runs. collaborate and drive  root cause analyses using structured problem-solving tools during Prototype and Pre-Production phases, executing effective corrective and preventive actions before launch.
  • Execute and monitor manufacturing process capability studies, escalating gaps when processes do not meet expectations. Drive and execute capability improvements or implement mitigation plans to ensure mass production readiness.
  • Work with SQC to ensure new material are comply with specification and request for inspection plan and supplier process capability
  • Participate start-of-mass-production process audits according to Pre-launch control plan and work instruction, escalating and driving closure of any nonconformities with relevant teams to ensure sustained compliance
  • Provide and Handover APQP package  by reviewing and communicating pre-production quality results and preventive actions to Production, MQ, and Production Engineering teams, ensuring a smooth ramp-up to mass production.

  • Educational background: Bachelor’s degree or Higher Engineer, Science or any related field 
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Manufacturing or Quality any industry business.
  • Experience to establish APQP, PFMEA, PCP, MSA and SPC
  • Good knowleade of QualityAssurance and Quality Control Good communication skills, verbal, written and technical presentations
  • Strong knowledge on manufacturing process.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Ambition and ready to deal with change
  • Computer Skills:Microsoft Office, Power BI and Power App
  • Language Skills: Good communication in English.
