About the Role

We’re looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to help keep our building, equipment, and workspaces running smoothly. This is a hands-on, active role where you’ll handle day-to-day maintenance, support facility operations, and help create a safe, clean, and efficient environment for our team.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of the facility
• Respond to maintenance requests and helpdesk tickets
• Perform daily walkthroughs and basic repairs
• Assist with equipment upkeep and preventive maintenance
• Track supplies and support inventory needs
• Help with setups for meetings and company events

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required  
• Experience in facilities, maintenance, hands-on work 
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.  
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or carpentry work
• Reliable, organized, and proactive
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stay active throughout the day
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Physical Requirements

• Dexterity and visual acuity to perform necessary maintenance functions and to operate machinery.
• Capability to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
• Intermittent sitting, standing, and walking.
• Lively, interactive working environment.
•  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

Working Environment

• Work is regularly performed in a combination of office and shop environments and is frequently exposed to dust, odors, oil, fumes, and noise.
