About the Role

Description


Position Summary:

  • Build and assemble machines or mechanical components according to requirements.
  • Conduct repairs aiming for maximum reliability.
  • Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Perform thorough maintenance of equipment.
  • Safety will always be the top priority at Entegra Solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with department processes, procedures, and practices to ensure the most accurate product delivery.
  • Operational Excellence: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, consistently working towards the achievement of individual and team goals.
  • Additional Duties: Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Understanding of machinery operation
  • Aptitude in using various hand tools & power tools (torque wrenches, drills etc.)
  • Ability to follow established procedures and practices and read instruction, blueprints etc.
  • Very good communication skills
  • Good physical strength
  • High school diploma is preferred; Certification from a vocational school or participation in apprenticeship is a definite plus
  • Perform assigned tasks in a safe manner with limited supervision
  • Always follow all safety rules, standards and procedures
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
