The Opportunity

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and will have the opportunity to collaborate on impactful projects, helping shape the way we communicate with our audiences.

As a Digital Communication Specialist, your key responsibility will be to support and enhance our communication strategies using cutting-edge tools and methods.

You’ll be working on real projects, contributing to the following tasks:

Content creation and communication excellence

  • Craft engaging, clear, and compelling written materials tailored to diverse audiences in French
  • Support internal and external communication initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and organizational objectives
  • Collaborate with teams to develop creative assets for campaigns, newsletters

Digital communication tools management

  • Utilize communications or similar tools to design, execute, and monitor communication campaigns in French
  • Regularly update and localize digital communication content for different markets while maintaining consistency and quality

Analytics and reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies
  • Generate detailed reports on communication effectiveness in French-speaking regions and beyond, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
  • Ensure data and insights account for linguistic and cultural nuances in target markets
