This role will be responsible for production planning, process efficiency, and ensuring timely output while maintaining quality and cost standards.</div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></div><div><strong>1. Production Planning &amp; Execution</strong></div><ul><li>Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules</li><li>Ensure production targets are met as per demand forecasts</li><li>Monitor output and optimize resource utilization</li></ul><div><strong>2. Process &amp; Efficiency Management</strong></div><ul><li>Identify bottlenecks and improve production efficiency</li><li>Drive process improvements to reduce wastage and downtime</li><li>Ensure smooth functioning of all production lines</li></ul><div><strong>3. Team Management</strong></div><ul><li>Supervise and guide production teams and supervisors</li><li>Ensure proper manpower planning and shift management</li><li>Drive accountability and performance within the team</li></ul><div><strong>4. Quality &amp; Compliance</strong></div><ul><li>Ensure adherence to quality standards and SOPs during production</li><li>Work closely with the Quality team to address deviations</li><li>Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory norms</li></ul><div><strong>5. Coordination &amp; Reporting</strong></div><ul><li>Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and warehouse teams</li><li>Track production metrics and share regular MIS reports</li><li>Ensure timely escalation of operational challenges</li></ul><div><strong>6.
