Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
To achieve sales and profit target of BD products at the areas assigned, and develop market share.
Achieve sales and profit target of BD products on assigned area (bigger than an Associate Account Manager).
Create local key account sales program.
Prepare market plan for new rapid products & technologies.
Create demand for new products to enter the market.
Carry out market survey and gather important information on our products and competitors’.
Develop and grow market share of BD products within the assigned area.
Make routine calls to customers and build good relationship with them.
Sell BD with value added and offer value added service to customer based on :
USP
Training best practice
Market sensing on customer demand and need
Conduct in-service trainings level 2 to prospective, new and existing customers, as well as product knowledge trainings in cooperation with Clinical/Application Specialist.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Medical/science or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Life science.
Excellent skills in working through complex negotiations.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Strong commercial acumen and analytically minded.
High levels of integrity, confidence and collaboration skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Track record of high achievements.
Region covering only Bangkok.
