SUMMARY: Responsible for welcoming and greeting guests in person or on the phone. Properly transferring calls to the designated department or person.


LOCATION: South of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, NW corner of W. Airport Freeway (Hwy. 183) and Valley View Lane

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Promptly and courteously answering all incoming calls and forwarding them to the appropriate department
  • Handling all incoming lobby traffic, including greeting guests and advising guests of guests in the lobby, signing in delivery services, vendors, maintenance workers, etc
  • Ensuring the lobby is always presentable
  • Assist with customer service tasks and duties as needed

Requirements

  • Must have 2+ years of experience in customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically Outlook and Excel
  • Must have excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and pay great attention to detail
  • Must have a positive attitude with exceptional client service skills
  • Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred
  • Willingness to learn
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Ability to work well with others

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Multilingual is a plus.


WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Candidates must be adaptable, as the role may occasionally require extended hours—including early mornings, evenings, and weekends—based on the auction schedule.
