About the Role

Mercier Consultancy is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for an interactiv Italian Gaming Support Specialist based in Athens, Greece, with fully paid relocation support. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering interactive and effective support to Italian-speaking gamers, ensuring their gaming experience is smooth and enjoyable.

Responsibilities
  • Provide interactive support and assistance to Italian-speaking gamers across multiple communication channels
  • Troubleshoot and resolve gameplay and account issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with developers and other teams to address technical problems and enhance the gaming experience
  • Accurately document customer interactions and issue resolutions
  • Stay informed about updates, new features, and changes in the gaming platform
  • Monitor system performance and report any technical anomalies
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Please specify your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a technical mindset
  • Passion for gaming and knowledge of gaming platforms
  • Prior experience in gaming support or customer support is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece with fully paid relocation provided
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
