01. Poste et Missions

Vos journées en quelques mots ? ✍

Sous la direction du responsable de pôle et de son adjoint, l’alternant(e) aura pour mission de :

  • participer à la création d’exercice de crise (définition des objectifs, montage, animation, RETEX, adaptation des plans au besoin) ;
  • travailler à la refonte et la création de plans de gestion de crise ;
  • renforcer la portée du PCA groupe en prolongeant le travail sur les processus critiques identifiés
  • élaborer de nouveaux outils concrets pour renforcer l’efficacité en cellule de crise

02. Profil recherché

Master 2 en gestion de crise de préférence

  • Compétences techniques :
    • Bonne connaissance des doctrines de gestion de crise et des outils associés
    • Bonne connaissance du montage d’exercice de gestion de crise
    • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Powerpoint, Word, Outlook, Teams…)
    • Très bonnes qualités rédactionnelles et capacité de synthèse
    • Sens de l’organisation, rigueur et méthode

  • Compétences relationnelles :
    • Capacité à travailler en transversal
    • Autonomie et pro-activité
    • Bon relationnel
    • Sens des initiatives, créativité et curiosité intellectuelle
    • Qualité d’écoute
