Summary:
Preparation and completion of all gaming audits, which includes Table Games, Slots, GCA and Cage ensuring proper procedures, are followed by gaming revenue outlet personnel. Audit transactions made on the Casino floor using the Internal Controls as a guide. Perform daily, monthly, semi-annual and annual gaming compliance audits as outlined by regulatory agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls with respect to gaming audit procedures.
- Process daily gaming audits: Slots, Table Games, GCA & Cage.
- Prepare and perform daily, monthly, semi-annual and annual Gaming Compliance audits
- Maintain slot machine records (removal, updating and adding to system).
- Organize send/order all offsite storage boxes through Iron Mountain.
- Assist with Table Games count and Slot drop and count when needed.
- Assist with GCA/Ticket Redemption Drop & Count when needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience:
- BA in Finance or Accounting preferred.
- Minimum 6 months’ previous experience in hospitality accounting.
Experience with the following is preferred:
- Microsoft Excel
- Infinium
- IGT Advantage (Machine Accounting, CTA)
- Patron Management
- EZ Pay
- Standard office equipment (multi-line phone, computer, copier, fax, printer)
