Job Description

We’re looking for driven, service-oriented professionals to join us in Łomianki, Poland (hybrid role) and make a lasting impact on customer satisfaction worldwide.

At our company, customer service isn’t just a department—it’s the heart of our business. You’ll play a key role in managing and resolving inquiries, from initial outreach to final follow-up, working in both Polish and English. This is a role for problem-solvers, clear communicators, and those who thrive in collaborative settings.

What You’ll Do to Make an Impact

  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Ensure all customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. Escalate issues when necessary to meet our response time commitments.
  • Support Sales & Operations: Update account information, produce and follow up on quotes, and help drive conversion rates.
  • Engage Across Channels: Connect with customers over the phone, through email, and via our Service Cloud. You’ll also be the friendly face behind our Webchat responses!
  • Promote and Drive Engagement: Actively encourage customers to use our Webshop for a seamless experience.
  • Handle Controlled Substances with Care: Manage inquiries responsibly, collaborating closely with compliance and our controlled substance teams.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with Order Entry, Sales, and Operations to continually elevate our customer experience.

Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For

  • Customer-Focused: You’re all about delivering a great experience and have experience in sales support or customer service.
  • Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with ERP systems like SAP, ORACLE, SAGE, and have a knack for managing CRM platforms.
  • Team Player with a Growth Mindset: You bring a positive, can-do attitude to every challenge, and thrive working both independently and in a team.
  • Excellent Communicator: You are fluent in Polish and English
  • Passion for Science: Ideally you are passionate about Science / Chemistry and come from a Chemistry related educational background or similar / have work experience in the industry.
