About the Role

Business Function

Handle operation matters related to Unsecured Lending which covers Financial and non-Financial services. Collaborate with various stakeholders in the Bank to improve customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform technical verification checks on customer's income documents and process credit cards and/or unsecured loan account maintenance in Bank's operating systems

  • Toggle between different systems to perform pre-processing and data entries

  • Establish and maintain effective relationship and partnership with key stakeholders

  • Ensure all requests are processed within specified Service standard, timely and accurately

  • Handle operational issues and provide escalation to management team

  • Review & update system reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis

  • Challenge status quo and execute changes in an effective manner

  • Take initiative & ownership of all cases handled and follow up on resolutions closely 

  • Ensure process compliance with credit policy and operational risk policies

  • Review and improve standards/procedures/framework for ensuring optimal customer experience

Requirements:

  • Min 4 years of relevant Banking Operations experience

  • Meticulous individual with an eye for details

  • Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Power Point, Excel

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
